We offer help to homeowners in financial hardship in an effort to keep them in their homes. The counseling is provided at no charge.

Credit Counseling

NHS of Beloit can help you obtain a copy of your credit report for $20.  We will sit down with you and help you read it, and can also help you make a plan to rebuild your credit.

Reverse Mortgage Counseling

NHS of Beloit is approved to provide counseling for equity conversion mortgages.
