Neighborhood Housing Services of Beloit, Inc. (NHS) invites all contractors to register for opportunities to bid on various NHS housing rehabilitation projects during 2009.  Minority contractors are encouraged to apply. Contractors needed include general contractors, electrical, HVAC, flooring, plumbing, roofing, painting and general carpentry.  Interested contractors may obtain a contractor’s application at Neighborhood Housing Services of Beloit, 520 W. All contractors must submit Certificate of Insurance with completed application
